Agile Delivery:
Software development life cycle getting changed day by day due to frequent changes in the workflow of the bank, insurance, and the digital companies. they want the delivery as soon as possible. It directly impacted our development cycle.
few year backtesting phases always performed after the completion of development. once the developer has done with their work then only the tester start their testing. the test cycle normally the part between development and User Acceptance Testing. to follow this whole process the delivery gets delayed.
Testing Timelines:
there was a time when we can be stretched the delivery if the product failed in the testing phase. Nowadays client is more specific for their requirement and the delivery date is generally a 'drop date' and failure in delivery might be the reason to damage the reputation damage. It means the product should deliver on time without any failure although the requirements get changed frequently. this the reason we follow the agile delivery, in which testing cycle merged with the development cycle. so that the testing and development work parallelly. here the tester does not wait till the development has been completed. if the tester found bugs then it gets fixed by the developer at the same time.
Benefits of Agile Delivery:
1. On time delivery
2. Quality Product
3. More interaction with the client
4. Maximum coverage of requirement
5. Existing code is tested continuously
6. More acceptance of user stories
7. More Client satisfaction
It covers functional and non-functional areas. the success of the agile delivery is calculated by the business value delivered. the management in this type of delivery is not centralized, It is distributed within the team. The main goal of this methodology is to provide a quality product without any delay in delivery date.
