Scope of Work
Our scope of work for the LiveSource project is to enhance their cutting-edge Supplier Management solution by improving existing modules and delivering a better user experience. Our goal is to achieve technical upgrades and develop innovative solutions to address current market challenges in the manufacturing industry. We will upgrade the application's Spring framework and front-end framework to ensure better response time and usability. Through our solution, we aim to optimize supplier management, streamline processes, and enable informed decision-making for organizations in the manufacturing sector.
Our Solution
Through our comprehensive solution, we optimized supplier management, streamline processes, and provided a better user experience, ensuring LiveSource remains at the forefront of the manufacturing industry.
Our team of 28 developers analyzed the client's existing Supplier Management solution, including its Spring architecture, front-end technologies, and data processing, to fulfill the project requirements.
We overcame the challenges and delivered the following enhancements:
- Added new dependencies to upgrade to Spring 5.0 for improved performance and features.
- Optimized database queries to ensure better response time and efficiency.
- Implemented ELK for advanced analytics to provide valuable insights for informed decision-making.
- Upgraded JDK from version 7 to 8 to utilize the latest advancements and security updates.
- Optimized page loading speed to enhance user experience and usability.
- Developed key modules using ActiveMQ for messaging, Angular 8 for the front-end, Elasticsearch for efficient search and indexing, Java for backend processing.
- Utilized JavaScript and jQuery for front-end functionality, Spring and Spring Boot for application development, and SQL for database management.
