Even if you don’t regularly update your device’s operating system, many devices perform automatic system and software updates whenever a new software update arrives. This happens by default on Apple TV as well. But despite of all its perks, this can be quite perturbing at times. Especially when you are watching your favorite TV show and the update begins unexpectedly.

However, the Automatic Software Updates can be disabled on Apple TV as well just like all the other smart devices. However, the fourth generation Apple TV employs a slightly different procedure. In this blog, you’ll know how to disable the automatic system and software updates on all the Apple TV devices.
