The meaning of Globalization:
In current it world, that is huge competition when it comes to software sale.If you have developed a system in let says English it's not enough Because German people may be demanded the system in German culture whereas Japanese people may demand the same system in Japanese culture. That Means to overcome these challenges we have to develop a system in a such a way that it can Adobe to multiple cultures.
The above image is showing that there is two type of Globalization Testing:
1. Internationalization Testing
2. Localization Testing
Globalization Testing:
Globalization is the process of designing and developing a software system in such a way that it can easily adapt to multiple culture and languages. Developing the application for multiple languages is called globalization and testing the application which is developed for multiple languages is called globalization testing.
Localization Testing:
-> Globalization is not translating any system culture instead it will tell us to develop a system which can be translated as per the culture. Now that actually translating called as Localization. That types of testing are called Localization Testing.
-> The second image is showing that how Globalization requires for the different culture.
-> The image format is also important so with the help of localization testing we perform format testing.
Once the application is developed, which can be adapted to multiple cultures that are called Globalization. That application is taken by some developer who will provide some kind of input to it and take it to the local level. In short, localization can be defined as it's a process of customizing an application.
That types of testing are very important for business purpose because every organization is developing their own website or application. To expand the business it's important to keep our website Globalization which means the website is used to every culture and every country people will understand. To make reach that goal we have to more focused about Globalization testing.
