As we all know about automation testing. With automation testing, we can only test web application very well but if we talk about mobile application testing. so here is the tool which is used for mobile application testing. This tool is very helpful for all the mobile application.
When Application is publically publish on play store then the application should be well tested. If we talk about manual testing sometime manual testing very good for application but when it comes to repeated things then sometimes tester leave the repeated test scenarios because of he/she test earlier also.
If application published and the user finds bugs in the application then he will never use our app and he will tell others to not use that application. To get rid of this situation we can use selendroid for testing.
What is the selendroid tool?
Selendroid is an automation testing tool which is used for multiple types of mobile application:
Mobile app
Hybrid app
Native app
We can use selendroid as an emulator device and real device also. It is a powerful testing tool.
Features of Selendriod:
-> Full compatibility with the JSON Wire Protocol/Selenium 3 Ready.
-> Same concept for automating native or hybrid apps
-> UI elements can be found by different locator types
Gestures are supported: Advanced User Interactions API
-> Existing Emulators have started automatically.
->Selendroid tools also support hot-plugging of hardware devices.
Why we need a selendroid testing tool?
-> It can’t be modified the app under test.
-> It can interact with multiple devices or simulators.
-> It can support multiple Android apps.
-> It can't support iPhones.
-> It helps to the tester for repeated test scenario again and again.
-> It can use after the mobile build is stable.
Conclusion: It is the best tool for mobile application testing. If tester will use that tool for mobile app testing then it will more help to improve quality of our application.
