Transferring the ownership of an app to another developer can be done without removing the app from store. After and during the transfer, the app retains its reviews and ratings and the app users continue to have access to future updates. You can transfer numbers of application with same account as there is no limit but each app can be transferred individually.

Note: Team agent is the only one who can transfer an app.
