As the name indicates, procurement modules take care of all the processes that are part of the procurement of items or raw materials that are required for the organization. Purchase module consist of functionalities like generating the requisition which includes what all items are required,listing of supplier/vendor , supplier & item linking, sending quotation request to vendors, analysis of quotations from vendors, preparing purchase orders, tracking the purchase items, preparing GRNs(Good Receipt Notes) & updating stocks & various reports .
