What Is Agile Methodology?

Agile methodology is a practice that helps to follow the continuous method of development and testing in the SDLC(Software development life cycle) method. An Agile procedure will splinter or divide the software products into the smaller build.

In this type of methodology, development and testing activities will work in a parallel manner, as compared to other software development methodologies. It also involves the teamwork and face-to-face communication. Hence the developers and clients will work together for developing the product. Helpful to build up the business relationship.

What Is Scrum?

Scrum is an agile process that allows us to focus on delivering the product as per business requirement in the shortest time interval. It will repeat and inspect actual work of software. It will estimate the accountability, teamwork, and progress toward a well-defined goal as per client expectation.

The Scrum Framework commonly deal with the requirements of a client which are likely to change or most of the time don't know at the start of the project
