A few days back the company has rolled out the feature of customisation voice detection. This means if there are many users in a home then each individual will get personalized experience based on their voice recognition. They will get curated music list, shopping list, call directory and everything. The personalized voice profile feature is now available on Echo, Echo Show, Echo Dot devices but currently, Fire TV remote and the Amazon Tap do not support voice profiles.
They now deliver personally tailored responses to each individual of a family. To activate this feature you have to go to app setting of Alexa, then click on your voice after that you will have to read about ten phrases which will let Alexa recognize your voice. The data is then stored in the cloud and will be used by the Alexa devices. Alexa delivers personalized results after recognition of the registered voice. The company even said that the voice recognition will get smarter over time. The multiple user features were available previously but the users had to switch between the accounts to use it.
