Agile Process With The Example

Agile process which we follow in the company and how it will mostly, I will talk from the perspective of testing and I will talk about how differs and what are the phases we have in the agile process so when we talk about the agile process, I will not say this is a model and I will always say agile is a process, why is say agile is a process because it is a sustain rules and regulations which company the followed and which can change company to company. There is no hard and fast rule that we need to stick with a certain process basically you can say that, It is a standard practice which is performed by the company based on their release cycle so let's say, One company A which follows certain set of agile process may not be similar with a company B which certain set of agile process unlike what we had waterfall and V & V model in spiral model.

We have certain said which every company use to followed so that's why there was the problem, You know every product not fit in to waterfall, spiral and V & V model to overcome that we industry came together to a process call Agile proccess. And this agile process you can adopt based on your requirement and based on your product which you want to develop. Now in this agile process what happens is any feature development, any story point basically you divide in to pieces, so let us say if I have to give

Example : Let's say you are working on the payment page of e'commerse site now the payment module it is a big module so what you will do under the payment module you will design a sub task like one person work on credit card, one person work on net banking, other person work on debit card , other person will work on the integration with different banks and some other developers will work on let's say, Now once has divided in to the number of task what we do is we assign this task to the either development team or testing team depends on the company how they want to do that.

Now the questions comes how do we decide the feature this is completely depends on the market like what market needs now for the product may be some feature which is very important so the agile process is completely driven by the market plus also its depends on the what has more importance rather than just design a module to the applications.
