Whatsapp is creating an intuitive inchat payment option that will let you transfer funds to other users without leaving the chat platform. The in-app payment feature known as WhatsApp Pay is currently in the testing phase. For the very first time company is introducing this feature around the world. The company is trying to keep its users engaged to the app. With this new feature, WhatsApp is going to give some serious competition to Digital payment platforms such as, PayTm, MobiKwik, PhonePe, or Google Tez. The company wants to join the league as people nowadays are using online payments more than the traditional payments.

According to the reports, over Rs 529 crore transaction have been made in October 2017. It has partnered with few banks such as ICICI, HDFC and State Bank Of India. The feature will be quite easy to use. You will be able to send fund to any person you want from your friend list. Yo can find the rupee icon in the attachments option available alongside the contact option.
The users then had to enter the amount to be paid along with the personal identification number. After the transaction has been made, the user will get the message and get the seek permission to take the requested amount. The user would have the authority to accept or reject the request. The feature will be brought into the beta program in November and is expected to be live in December.
