Yes, Apple has recently launched a standalone support app for its users to streamline its customer support services. “Apple Support” as they call it is built exclusively to help you with your queries regarding the product, schedule appointments at the nearest Apple service center and everything in between. With this new app, Apple aims to take a fresh start to consolidate its customer relations and foster its support services so that you don’t face any kind of trouble. The app however, is only available in US so far. But like every Apple product, we can expect a steady expansion to other countries as well.
