In order to distribute and make the iOS App available within Community or Testers group developer wants to have their build deployed over AppStore and need to generate Public Link. When we talk about sharing the build within the community developers need to update the build on a test flight and get it approved by apple. In order to generate the public Link every developer should follow the below-mentioned steps :

Step1:

Developer needs to archive the build with Xcode 

Step2:

Login To AppStoreConnect :
https://appstoreconnect.apple.com

Step3:

Move to Testflight Section. After Archiving and uploading the app from Xcode you can check the progress in AppStore. After Processing is complete click on "+" icon on the AppStore Site test flight page as shown below and add the build to the testers externals group.

Step4:

    After this submit the form to get it approved by apple for generating a public link :

•     The developer needs to add the key points in the form which will be delivered to every user with the link having details of the main function or key points the tester need to check in the app.
•     For this sign up with your app and generate one fresh/new "username and password" and add it to the form which Apple will use to review your app.
•     Add all the required details to the form and submit the form.

Step5:

After some time you will get mail on your registered mail for success.

After this move to an external group in-app store connect and enable the public link as below.

Step6:

After enabling the link you will get one public link that you can share with anyone who can use and test your app.
