1. Understand the Project’s Business Goals and Success Criteria, and ensure team’s effort towards meeting them

2. End to end Project ownership - Delivery, Scope Management, Client Relations, Team Management, Process Adherence and Continuous Communication.

3. Provide leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
