What happens when developers does testing:

• Developers are overconfident about their code, they start skip bug, as without test the various paths.

• Developers will never see the product in negative way.

• Due to work pressure and deadline developers might start hiding the bug.

• Time allotted for testing they utilise it for development.

• Developers can do only the white box testing, because the have the access of the code.
  

  Testers Job:

• Tester is responsible for all the workflow should be tested successfully, he/she should keep in mind all the small possible which ensure that application is working fine.

• Tester should understands the requirement clearly which helps to find bugs, if developers misunderstands the requirements.

• Testers are fully dedicated towards the testing of application only.

• Testers have the clear intention to find the bugs by brake the application.
