Developers are overconfident about their code, they start skip bug, as without test the various paths.

Due to work pressure and deadline developers might start hiding the bug.

Developers are just want to see that his/her code work properly, Although testers test it with the opposite intention.

Developers can do only the white box testing, because the have the access of the code.
