Different Types Of Reports In ERP

This blog helps to find different types of reports in ERP

The Report screen is divided into different types of tab "Accounting", "Financials", "Inventory", and "Tax". each tab are various functionality Within each section are links to the various category.

 

1)Accounting->

Accounting reports are three types->

(i)Trial Balance->

 

This statement gives you a detais related trial balance of your organization , showing all details related debit and credit balances of every GL account. You can see on the click on GL account to the GL Account Details Screen to see the all details of the account related transactions for that GL account.

(ii)Transaction Summary->

 

This transaction summary showing summary of the GL account transactions details during a period of time. clicking on [Run button and fill from date and thru date], the system will generated a all report which shows, for each GL account, the total debit amount, total credit amount, and net debit amount and credit amounts during the entered time period.

 

(iii)GL Account Activity Details->

 

This screen showing a history of the transactions of a GL account details, and all the most recent transaction on top. The top of the screen details is a menu for view the GL account transactions details.

 

2)Financials->

 

Financials reports are different types .

(i)Income Statement->

 

This statement allowing to run an income statement for your organization within a given particular period of time. example->Revenue,Cost of goods sold,Gross profit = Revenue - COGS, Operating expenses, Other income etc.

 

(ii)Comparative Income Statement->

 

This statement details allowing you to compared income statement either for one period of time with another period or compared actual income details budget and forecast details. 

 

(iii)Cash Flow Statement->

 

This Statement allowing you to run a cash flows for owns organization within a given period of time.

 

(iv)Comparative Cash Flow Statement->

 

This statement allowing you to compare cash flow statements details either for one period of time with another or compared actual cash flow statements details to versus budget and forecast.

 

(v)Budget vs. Actual plus Encumbrances Report->

 

This report helping you control expense, both actual details and pending details(encumbered), versus the original budgets details. It uses the Encumbrances feature and showing you the verious budget versus actual detials and encumbrances.

 

3)Inventory->

 

Inventory are different types.

(i) Inventory Valuation Report->

 

This report allowed you to run a report its own organization inventory  details as of a specific date and time.

 

(ii)Inventory Value Detail Report->

 

This report allowing you to run an inventory valuation report details based on the actual inventory items details owned by your company.

 

(iii)Sales, Inventory, Profitability Analysis->

 

This report allowing you to run a profit report for a product or a set of products by analysis the gross profits amount from sales amount, the volume of sales amount, and the average amount value of your inventory.

 

4)Tax->

 

differnt types of tax.

(i)Tax Summary Report Screen->

 

This statement displaying a summary of the all tax transactions for your organization, including the other following details: Tax Authority - This is name and id of its own your organization's sales. GL Account id - This is the id of the account relevant to the tax authority.

 

(ii)Sales Tax Detail Report Screen->

 

This staement allowing to run a report with all detail of sales taxes report of your organization within a given period of time.

 

iii)Sales Tax Statement->

 

This statement showing the net total sales details, net taxable sales details, and net sales tax details collected for each of your organization product stores. This report is related the invoice , not sales orders details, since orders which have not been shipped to shipping address and invoice do not count as revenue. than Return invoices or credit memos details are fixed against sales invoices. The total and net taxable sales amounts deatils to not include the sales tax or shipping on orders.
