What is Localization Testing?
Localization testing is doing for assuring the how an application behaves in the different locale.
Things Need to know before you start localization testing :
In localization testing, an application act as normal whether it is for any type of platform like Desktop, Mobile or On-line distribution and its procedure satisfy the translation precision in context after completion of translated text into the UI, This is time for testers to get a call for application for the test drive.
Testing estimation, required for the application depends on the number of views and functionality to review and on the word count with experienced-based testing for localization. This is important to be well informed with business goals from localization view. I would like to divide into the category :

Challenges for the team:
1. When writing the test cases for functionality we need to ensure to cover all new and existing feature with a minimun number of test cases.

3. Maintain the usability of test on various platform.
4. The cases should not be repetitive, It should cover all scenarios of business.
5. Validation of all the new and existing features works as per the end user expectation.
UI Testing For Localization Testing:
1. Check Error messages, resource aspect and grammatical errors.
2. Check Typo eg: spelling.
3. Check the testing environment.
4. Check the usability and user interface.
5. Check user interface appropriate correctiveness like colour, design, etc
TIPS & TRICKS:
1. For localization testing, we need to set up the required environment to test the application.
2. Check that you are testing on the right version of the translation.
3. Test with specific data.
4. Use a suitable translator to check the right translation.
5. You should aware and careful for error messages.
6. Test data should be in terms of Localization.
